A product spec. In agentic development, the PRD is the "program" that the agent executes.

Why it matters

A clear PRD with boolean pass/fail criteria is the most important input for agentic development.

In practice

Our PRD has stories with boolean criteria: 'Homepage loads in <3s: true/false'. The QA Judge checks each automatically.
