What counts as a task?
A task is one action your agent completes. Think of it like one item on a to-do list that gets checked off. Here are some examples:
- Sending one email
- Summarizing one document
- Checking one RSS feed for updates
- Generating one report
- Following up with one customer
How billing works
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Your subscription is billed monthly on the date you signed up. You can update your payment method, download invoices, and manage your subscription directly from your dashboard. All payments are processed in euros (EUR) and are fully PCI-compliant.
How the free tier works
The Starter plan is free forever — no credit card required, no time limits. You get 5 agents and 1,000 tasks per month. If you hit your limit, your agents will pause until the next month starts. You can upgrade to Pro or Business at any time to unlock more capacity. There's no penalty for staying on the free plan.
Common billing questions
When will I be charged?
You are charged on the same date each month as when you first subscribed. For example, if you signed up on March 15, your next payment is on April 15.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel within the first 14 days of a paid plan, we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked. After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I get invoices?
Invoices are automatically generated and available in your dashboard under Settings > Billing. You can download PDF invoices for your accounting at any time.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT will be calculated at checkout based on your location. EU businesses can provide their VAT number to apply reverse charge.
